H & J Real Estate is a discount brokerage located in Carmel Valley (92130) serving San Diego and Riverside County.

Sabine Launius is the owner/broker of H & J Real Estate and offers full service to sellers and buyers at a discount. She has been in the real estate industry since 2000.

Rob Launius is Sabine's assistant and completes the  H & J Real Estate family.

H & J Real Estate was named after Sabine's and Rob's dogs, Hunde & Jade.  A total of 2% per transaction of H & J's commission will be donated to Helen Woodward Animal Center in Rancho Santa Fe and other local shelters.
